Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Proctor, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents’ dignity and well-being in a care-focused environment.

You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meal support, and basic care tasks in an evening shift, with opportunities for full-time or part-time scheduling and growth within the team.

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study.
• Applicants must be 18+; CNA license exception allowed for under 18 per regulations.
