Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is expanding its care team in Proctor, MN. As a Resident Assistant, you will support residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility assistance in a compassionate, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18+ or eligible for CNA certification under regulations.
• Experience in elder care is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)

Schedule & Compensation
