Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents in a warm, home-like setting in Proctor, MN. You will assist with daily activities including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and medication administration, while promoting dignity and personalized care.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, block scheduling), with no mandated extra shifts beyond your schedule, and benefits including PTO and health insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older; CNA license may be considered under certain regulations.

What You Bring

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30PM - 10:30PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $21/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
