Diamond Willow Assisted Living is expanding its team in Proctor, MN, inviting compassionate Resident Assistants to join our care-focused community. You will support residents with daily living activities, mobility, nutrition, and behavioral care in a home-like setting.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, block scheduling) and opportunities for CNA certification reimbursement, ensuring you can grow with us while balancing work-life priorities.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
