Job summary

Diamond Willow Proctor is growing and hiring Resident Assistants to provide compassionate care in a home-like cottage setting. As a RA you will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and dementia-related behaviors as part of a caring team.

We offer flexible shifts (AM/PM/Overnights), opportunities for learning and growth, and benefits such as PTO and health insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 or older; those under 18 may apply only if they have a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care support.
• Meal preparation.
• Activities assistance.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry.

What You Bring

• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
