Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant (RA) in Duluth, MN to support residents with daily living activities and comfort during night hours.

Join a compassionate team dedicated to dignity, safety, and meaningful engagement, including 10:30 PM–6:30 AM shifts. Wages are up to $22/hour, with benefits like PTO, health/dental insurance, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must pass DHS background study.
• Ability to provide care with dignity for aging residents.
• Under-18 applicants may be considered only if they possess a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (incl. mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End-of-life care as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares

Other Responsibilities Include

• Meal Preparation

• Daily Housekeeping and Laundry
• Work 8 days on have 6 days off

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
