Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Cloquet, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care, assist residents with toileting, dressing, feeding and mobility, and support medication administration in a respectful, dignified manner.

You will work with a team focused on person-centered care in a home-like setting, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for CNA certification support and growth, plus competitive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; CNA license may be considered under applicable regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study

Schedule & Compensation
