Burger King in Flint, MI is seeking an Hourly Manager-Overnight to lead a shift and drive sales, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations during hours 8 PM to 4 AM. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, supervise crew, and ensure safety and brand standards.

Competenze

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have a state issued driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
Full-time status with health insurance benefits.
