Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Manager-Overnight to lead shifts between 8 PM and 4 AM. The role focuses on profitability, guest satisfaction, people development, and smooth operations, supporting the RGM and AM while directly managing a Crew Members team.

Responsibilities include safeguarding cash procedures, inventory, coaching crew, and ensuring timely service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of quick-service experience and are available for evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a state issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales and profit results through profitability, guest, people & operations.
• Supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during shifts.
• Directly manages a shift of Crew Members.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
