The Salz Group, a Multi-Brand Restaurant Operator, seeks experienced Shift Managers to join our Wendy's locations in New York. This overnight-friendly leadership role focuses on guiding Crew Members, maintaining food safety, and delivering a memorable guest experience.

We are currently recruiting for overnight candidates for these roles. As a Shift Manager you will supervise teams, manage cash handling, ensure stations are ready to serve, and coach staff to uphold quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices.
• Experience with cash handling, deposits, and cash reconciliation.
• Focus on delivering a memorable guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures with Crew Members.
• Proficient with cash management: set up, issue, reconcile, and close cash drawers; verify deposits.
• Ensure restaurant is rush-ready with clean, stocked stations and ready-to-serve guests.
• Work with management to train, develop, and communicate with Crew Members and Team Trainers.
• Lead team huddles and communicate information positively and collaboratively.
• Supervise Crew Members and Team Trainers to promote productivity and retention; foster teamwork.
• Ensure quality, production, and service standards are met; coach staff to deliver a great guest experience.
• Lead by example and guide the team to consistently delight every customer.
• Adhere to compliance standards and Wendy's routines; handle customer concerns professionally.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; maintain composure and provide direction; strong customer focus.
• Must stand for long periods; may require headset use; lifting up to 25-50 pounds.
