The Salz Group is recruiting experienced Shift Managers to join our Wendy's locations in New York. This leadership role focuses on guiding teams, ensuring food safety, and delivering a memorable guest experience during overnight shifts.

As part of our growing multi-brand restaurant operator, you will oversee daily operations, manage cash handling, and train Crew Members and Team Trainers to maintain high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service or fast-food operations.
• Ability to supervise and train Crew Members.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsabilités

• Train, monitor, and reinforce Food Safety procedures with Crew Members.
• Proficient with cash management: set up, issue, reconcile, and close cash drawers; verify deposits.
• Ensure the restaurant is rush-ready: clean, well stocked, and stations ready to serve guests.
• Work with Restaurant Management to train and develop Crew Members and Team Trainers.
• Host team huddles, meetings, and convey information positively and collaboratively.
• Supervise Crew Members and Team Trainers to promote productivity and retention.
• Ensure quality, production, and service standards are met at all times.
• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Follow compliance standards and Wendy's routines consistently.
