The Salz Group, in partnership with Wendy's, is seeking experienced Shift Managers to join our growing multi-brand operation. This leadership role will oversee daily shift activities, guide Crew Members and Team Trainers, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

We are currently recruiting for overnight candidates. You will uphold food safety, manage cash, supervise stations, and coach the team to exceed standards while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams.
• Cash handling and deposits experience.
• Ability to supervise and train crew members.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Proficient with cash management; set up, issue, reconcile, and close cash drawers.
• Ensure the restaurant is “rush ready” with clean, stocked stations.
• Lead team huddles and communicate effectively with crew and trainers.
• Coach and supervise crew to promote productivity and retention.
• Ensure quality, production, and service standards are met.
• Provide memorable guest experiences and professional leadership.
