Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for Crew Members.
• Proficient with cash management: set up, issue, reconcile, and close cash drawers; verify deposits.
• Keep the restaurant rush-ready with clean, stocked stations and ready-to-serve guest experience.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Management to train, develop, and communicate with Crew Members and Team Trainers.
• Lead Team Huddles, meetings, and information sharing in a positive, collaborative manner.
• Supervise Crew Members and Team Trainers to promote productivity while fostering retention.
• Ensure quality, production, and service standards are met; coach for memorable guest experiences.
