Responsibilities

• Train, Monitor, and Reinforce Food Safety procedures to Crew Members.
• Proficient with cash management; set up, issue, reconcile, and close cash drawers; verify deposits.
• Ensure the restaurant is rush-ready with clean, stocked stations and ready to serve guests.
• Lead team training, development, and communication with Crew Members and Team Trainers.
• Host team huddles and meetings; communicate positively and collaboratively.
• Supervise Crew Members and Team Trainers to promote productivity and retention.
• Ensure quality, production, and service standards are met.
• Lead by example and coach the team to delight every customer.
• Ensure compliance with Wendy's routines and standards.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
