• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for Crew Members.
• Proficient with cash management: set up, issue, reconcile, and close cash drawers; verify deposits.
• Ensure the restaurant is rush-ready with clean, stocked stations and prepared guests.
• Lead team huddles, meetings, and communicate positively with staff.
• Supervise Crew Members and Team Trainers to promote productivity and retention.
• Maintain quality, production, and service standards; coach to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Exhibit professionalism, provide direction, and troubleshoot customer concerns.
• Stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and assist as needed.
