Shift Manager in Training

This position is for a Shift Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older for this position.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

  • Lead the experience: Oversee and lead crew and other managers on your shift
  • Inspire and Empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
  • Understand that teamwork is key: Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
  • Take action first: Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
