Ramsey County is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to manage shelter wellness staff in the Housing Stability department. You will oversee daily activities, direct workers, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining safety for residents and staff.

The position requires weekend and overnight availability (8pm–7am shifts), with duties including scheduling, documentation, food service coordination, and facility operations oversight to support daily operations.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year in a shelter environment or with homeless populations.
• Certifications/Licensure: Driver's License valid for vehicle class.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and lead shelter wellness assistants by assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and providing work guidance.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities and inventory of supplies.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure onsite shelter operations.
• Coordinate food service, custodial duties, and safety for residents and staff.
