Qualifications

• Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• Overnight shelter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and determine appropriate resolution.
• Supervise shelter clients and Program Aides overnight.
• Lead shifts with task delegation and performance expectations.
• Enforce shelter policies and safety practices.
• Document incidents and maintain client confidentiality.
