Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Shelter Program Leader to oversee nightly shelter operations and supervise Program Aides. You will ensure clients are treated with dignity, empathy, and care, while coaching staff and enforcing shelter policies.

Responsibilities include responding to immediate needs, maintaining confidentiality, attending trainings, and coordinating with outside agencies as needed.
