Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License is required.
• Fire Guard License (F80) is required.
• Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) is required.
• Knowledge of video surveillance and fire detection/alarm systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Train new security staff in all facility procedures.
• Monitor access control and magnetometer/X-ray usage.
• Conduct rounds of the facility and exterior premises to deter hazards and illegal activity.
• Respond to emergencies and provide guidance to staff.
• Complete monthly security reports and daily safety inspections.
• Fulfill duties of a Client Care Monitor when needed.
• Adjust staff schedules for sick calls or shortages.
