Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor - Overnight Warehouse to supervise the delivery of security services on a night shift at an assigned customer site. The supervisor coordinates with site leadership and officers, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to procedures.

The role requires strong communication, reporting, and crisis-management skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service and safety on site. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
