Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Elizabethtown, PA to oversee overnight security operations. You will supervise staff on the shift, coordinate with management, and ensure delivery of high-quality security services at the client site.

The role requires 6+ months security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in varying environments. Starting pay is $18.34 per hour with weekly pay and benefits for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of security experience or the equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to use initiative and independent judgment.
• Capable of preparing written reports and logs in neat handwriting; read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test as required.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly; lift up to 40 pounds; climb stairs or ladders occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
