Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Lead for a full-time overnight role in Nashville, TN. This leadership position builds on your security experience and customer service skills to guide a team on site.

Starting pay is $19.77 per hour with shift from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM; responsibilities include directing officers, coordinating training, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred or equivalent service.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable work experience with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or designated level.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
