Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for Memphis, TN. The role supervises a security team on a specific shift, coordinating with site supervisors and managers to ensure high-quality service.

A valid driver's license and 2+ years of security and supervisory experience are required, with strong communication and crisis-management skills. The position runs Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, offering $29.08 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication.
