Job summary

KRE Security is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to help keep our overnight operations running smoothly. This role is based in Hamburg, PA, with an in-office, full-time schedule.

You will build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations, respond to call-offs in real time, and provide overnight oversight to ensure guards are awake, alert, and performing their duties. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or operations support.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations
• Respond to call-offs and fill open shifts in real time
• Provide active overnight oversight of security personnel to ensure guards are awake, alert, attentive, and actively performing their assigned duties
• Dispatch and communicate with field staff and supervisors
• Monitor attendance, availability, and staffing gaps
• Maintain accurate schedules, logs, records, and reports
• Make quick decisions and keep overnight operations on track
