KRE Security is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to help keep our overnight operations running smoothly at Hamburg, PA. This in-office role involves building schedules, coordinating shifts, and communicating with field teams to ensure coverage across locations.

You will handle real-time staffing, respond to call-offs, and ensure guards are awake and performing duties around the clock. This fast-paced position offers growth opportunities in operations and dispatch leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or operations support.
• Strong MS 365/Outlook/Google Workspace skills.
• Able to work overnight in an in-office setting in Hamburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations.
• Respond to call-offs and fill open shifts in real time.
• Provide active overnight oversight of security personnel to ensure guards are awake, alert, attentive, and actively performing their assigned duties.

KRE Security is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to help keep our overnight operations running smoothly. If you have experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or operations support, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

You’ll play a key role in real-time staffing across multiple client locations, responding to call-offs, filling open shifts, communicating with field teams, and making sure our operations stay covered around the clock.
