Job summary
Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a qualified LPN/RN Supervisor to lead the night shift from 7P to 7A, directing care plans and nursing staff in a geriatric setting. The role emphasizes high standards of resident care and professional leadership.
The supervisor will oversee Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments, work closely with physicians, and ensure timely communication and documentation of care plans, while modeling best nursing practices for the team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN or equivalent experience.
- Current TN LPN/RN license.
- Experience in nursing home leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care is delivered using the nursing process with discharge planning input.
- Implement plan of care consistently with a focus on resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to update the care plan.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care with current nursing practices.
- Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on shift.
- Ensure timely communication of treatment/assessment information and new data.
- Monitor staff activities to ensure care and treatments follow plans and orders.
