Job summary
Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a dedicated LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care.
You will implement care plans, coordinate with physicians and other professionals, supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, ensure timely communication and high-quality geriatric care.
Qualified: graduate of an accredited nursing program, current TN LPN/RN license, and prior nursing home leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
- Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
- Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.
Responsibilities
- Assure that quality nursing care is delivered with the nursing process and discharge planning.
- Implement plan of care consistently to achieve resident-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on changing plans of care.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort per current nursing practices.
- Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
- Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
- Monitor staff activities to ensure care aligns with plans and physician instructions.
