Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced LPN/RN Supervisor to lead nursing and staff on the night shift (7P-7A). The role oversees resident care plans and coordinates with physicians to ensure high-quality geriatric care.

Responsibilities include supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA staff, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining compliance with policies. Active TN LPN/RN license and prior nursing home leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Current TN LPN/RN license.
• Leadership experience in a nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Assure that quality nursing care is delivered with a focus on outcomes.
• Implement plan of care consistently, cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with physician and other health professionals on care plans.
• Deliver and maintain resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments per shift.
• Ensure timely communication and documentation of treatment and assessments.
