Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight care (11pm–7am) in a long-term care/assisted living setting. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff and ensure high-quality holistic nursing care in compliance with standards and regulations.

You will perform nursing care, medication administration, care planning, documentation, and communication with residents, families, and health care providers.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer at least one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Ability to supervise CNAs/Caregivers and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care per standards and regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and manage med supplies.
• Communicate with health care providers and families.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
