Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in our long‑term care/assisted living communities. The RN will lead licensed and non-professional staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with health care providers to support resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has 1+ year of nursing experience in similar settings, and can work 7am-3pm with every‑other weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Preferred one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Ability to supervise CNAs/Caregivers and ensure care standards.
• Adherence to facility policies and health care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions per rules and guidelines governing long-term care/assisted living.
• Lead licensed and non-professional staff to deliver resident care.
• Complete assessments and update care/service plans.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered and ensure MAR accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and communicate changes to supervisors and health care providers.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
