Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required.
• Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and clinical judgment skills required.
• Ability to work independently overnight required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during overnight shifts.
• Serve as on-site clinical authority for resident care and emergencies.
• Support and mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with providers and leadership teams as needed.
• Assist with staffing and operational support.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate supervisory and clinical documentation.
