TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Staff RN Supervisor for a long-term care facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. The role entails working overnight shifts with a focus on clinical supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance. A supportive leadership environment is emphasized, along with opportunities for additional RN shifts during the week.

Applicants should have experience in skilled nursing and the ability to work independently. Competitive pay rates are offered, ranging from $32 to $42 per hour, alongside benefits after 60 days.

Formación

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required.
• Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and clinical judgment skills required.
• Ability to work independently overnight required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during overnight shifts.
• Serve as on-site clinical authority for resident care and emergencies.
• Support and mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with providers and leadership teams as needed.
• Assist with staffing and operational support.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate supervisory and clinical documentation.

Conocimientos
