Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Residential Treatment Specialist for the Mary Benson House in North Carolina. This full-time overnight role provides 12-hour shifts, three nights per week, delivering direct care to residents with psychiatric or substance use challenges in a home-like setting.

Ideal candidates are caring, patient, and fair, with high school completion and healthcare experience. Requirements include CPR/First Aid and a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required; two years health care experience or an AA in mental health.
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health settings preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and monitor safety as per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and nutrition needs.
• Communicate changes to treatment team and support family and residents.
