Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis de‑escalation is a plus.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and safety in behavioral health settings.
• Follow care plans, monitor behavior, document observations in EHR.
• Lead or co-facilitate groups and activities aligned with treatment goals.
• Respond to crises using trauma-informed, least-restrictive approaches.
• Support transitions, meals, and transportation as needed.
