Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with one year of experience working with children.
• Two years as a Childcare Counselor with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and necessary clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of third shift staff including hiring and training.
• Oversee documentation accuracy for third shift.
• Assist with coverage ensuring staff ratios are met.
• Participate in on-call schedule as assigned.
• Ensure youth needs are met and handle emergency consultations.
