Job summary

The Justice Resource Institute Inc. (Walden Street School) seeks an Overnight Residential Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and ensure the safety and wellbeing of adolescents in a trauma-informed residential setting.

You will supervise Residential Counselors, provide training, coordinate on-call coverage, and uphold the school's safety policies while supporting students' growth and care needs. This role requires 21+, a valid driver's license, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Overnight shift supervision and safety of students.
• Group home or residential program experience required.
• Supervisory experience in mental health facility required.
• Driver's license required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance on site and on call.
• Support development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Support safety and well-being of students.
• Apply policies and procedures of Walden Street School's Residential Department.
