Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Recovery Specialist for The Hart House, a 24-hour residential program for pregnant and/or parenting women in recovery from addiction. The role involves overnights, ensuring safety and structure, and performing admissions and documentation tasks within a supportive, clinical setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with substance use population preferred.
• Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
• Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
• Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
