Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Hart House is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support pregnant and/or parenting women in a 24-hour structured residential program in Lowell, MA. This overnight role provides essential supervision, safety, and client well-being checks to promote sobriety and parenting skills.

Pay is hourly with benefits starting day one; minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and preference for experience with substance use populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with substance use population preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license in good standing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
• Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
• Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
