Job summary

Hart House at Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support pregnant and/or parenting women through recovery in a 24-hour structured environment. This per diem role requires a minimum of two shifts per month and offers flexibility for available shifts.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor, complete shift documentation, supervise premises, provide transportation as needed, and help maintain a safe, supportive setting for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with substance use population preferred.
• Valid MA Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to women & families throughout the stages of their recovery.
• Collaborates with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to ensure client progress.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping.
• Observes and supervises buildings and grounds.
• Provides transportation to families as necessary.
