Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support women and families through every stage of recovery in a 24-hour structured environment. This per diem role requires a minimum of two shifts per month and offers a base pay range shown below.

The position emphasizes collaboration with supervisors and staff to monitor client progress, complete timely documentation, and ensure safety and care quality in the Hart House program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience working with substance use population is preferred.
• Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to women & families throughout the stages of their recovery.
• Collaborates with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to ensure client progress.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Observes and supervises buildings and grounds.
• Provides transportation to families as necessary.
