Job summary

Cornerstone Management seeks an Overnight Resident Assistant to provide personal care and related services for residents in our assisted living communities. The role supports vital signs, daily living activities, and adherence to individualized care plans, with a focus on safety, dignity, and engagement.

Responsibilities include following the ISP, maintaining documentation, and assisting residents in daily routines while upholding HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and notify supervising nurse of deviations.
• Record and communicate changes per Individual Service Plan (ISP).
• Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Follow ISP and daily task sheets; adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
• Document progress notes and maintain resident safety and environment.
• Support resident participation in activities and maintain resident confidentiality.
