Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant for Assisted Living on the night shift (7pm-7am). This full-time role works overnight and every other weekend, supporting residents with daily activities and safety. A caring demeanor and prior eldercare exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signs
