Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant/PCA for the 11pm-7am shift in Hockessin, DE. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support to new move-ins, and coordinating with nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and complete an approved PCA program. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and pushing or carrying 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to all resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Support new residents with move-in transitions and emotional support.
