Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, home care, CNA, PCA, DSP, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must meet applicable state certification and licensure requirements.
• Must pass required background screening, health screening, and drug-free workplace requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on support and compassionate care to residents to maintain independence, comfort, and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily routines.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist as needed in dining and daily activities.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.
• Maintain resident care documentation per state regulations and Allegro Living policies.
• Support transportation and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
