Job summary

Allegro Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants (CNA) to provide personal care and companionship in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role supports residents with daily activities, mobility, and dignity, featuring 2nd/1st shift options and both full- and part-time schedules.

CPR/First Aid are required, and candidates should be dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Active Kansas CNA certification required.
CPR and First Aid certifications required.
Background and health screenings are required.
Experience with seniors, memory care, or similar settings preferred.
Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting).
Provide compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Encourage independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly.
Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Assist with dining, transportation, and daily routines as needed.
Maintain required documentation and HIPAA compliance.
