Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living and daily care tasks on a 3rd shift. You will assist with personal care, meals, grooming, and daily routines in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring comfort, documenting care provided, and clear communication with the Health Care Director. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role.
• Evenings and weekends availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
