Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living. The role supports daily living activities, meals, and hygiene while upholding the SRG philosophy of genuine hospitality.

Full Time shifts from 10pm to 6am with overnight availability; PRN roles are also listed. Candidates should have a CNA or caregiver background, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to speak English.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to promote a positive working environment and encourage teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Maintains a professional appearance and manner while on duty.
• Wears name tag and adheres to cell phone policy.
• Reports to work on time and per community policies and procedures.
• Documents care given via CareStream and adheres to policies.
• Provides report to oncoming shift and documents on End of Shift Report.
• Completes incident reports when needed.
• Responds promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and self-care.
• Encourages resident participation in individual and group activities.
• Assists residents with meals, housekeeping, and laundry as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Observes changes in resident status and reports to supervisor.
• Follows infection control and emergency procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
