Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Caring Care Associate for Assisted Living on the PRN 3rd shift to support residents with daily living activities and dignity.

You will assist with ADLs, reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort, and provide emotional and social support while documenting care. A minimum of one year in senior care and English proficiency required; CNA/CHHA license may be required by state; strong teamwork and empathetic approach expected.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency to communicate and respond in emergencies.
• State may require CNA/CHHA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity.
