Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in similar operations roles.
• Able to work overnight shifts and adapt to store needs.
• Must review planograms and follow merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel and more.
• Support inventory counts and display integrity with Inventory Control.
• Execute price changes, tagging and signage adjustments accurately.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting and facing.
• Assist visual merchandising and planogram maintenance for departments.
• Support omni-channel fulfillment during peak periods.
