Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store campus during overnight hours. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to free Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities, including replenishment, planogram execution, and inventory support.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of retail experience, with the ability to work overnight shifts and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate price changes and replenishment with retail team.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Supports inventory management in partnership with the Inventory Control team by completing on demand counts and other tasks.
• Performs temporary and permanent price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting, facing).
• Supports visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement and signage updates.
